A by election will take place in Thatto Heath ward on Thursday 21 January – following the death of Councillor Sheila Seddon in September. Nominations open today (11 December) and nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer at St Helens Town Hall by 4pm on Monday 21 December.
